Improving How We Communicate

As part of our ongoing work to improve how we communicate with tenants and share updates more consistently, Comhar is beginning to publish past and future newsletters directly to the News section of our website.

We are starting this process by making the Summer 2025 and Winter 2025 editions available online for the first time. Although these newsletters were originally circulated last year, publishing them now ensures that all tenants, including those who may have missed a copy, can easily access the information, advice, and community updates they contain.

Going forward, all tenant newsletters will be published as news stories on the Comhar website shortly after they are issued. This will help us maintain a clear, accessible archive of communications and make it easier for tenants to stay informed about estate updates, safety guidance, wellbeing supports, maintenance information, and community events.

The Summer 2025 Newsletter includes guidance on dog fouling, gardening responsibilities, litter management, ventilation, crime prevention advice, and details on community initiatives such as National Spring Clean. It also highlights tenant supports, wellbeing resources, and local engagement opportunities.

The Winter 2025 Newsletter focuses on seasonal safety, including fire safety tips, boiler troubleshooting, window and door guidance, and information about the Demand Controlled Ventilation system. It also shares festive features, maintenance reminders, and insights from the year’s repair activity.

These newsletters form part of our ongoing commitment to clearer, more frequent, and more accessible communication with tenants. Over the coming months, we will continue to publish new updates, resources, and newsletters as part of this refreshed approach.
